Outreach

We are a combination of the media and business subteams. We’re in charge of connecting and working with the community, leading the team's social media presence, and managing the team's finances including all of the fundraising. We also maintain the website you’re looking at right now!

Manufacturing

We are responsible for building the robot, by taking Design team’s work and bringing it to life. We use a variety of tools such as 3-D printers, CNC machines, and laser cutters to create the parts and components for our robot.

Programming

We code the ‘brain‘ of the robot. The language of choice for FRC robots is Java since it provides a great balance between performance and control over systems and functionality. We start code once the robot is built so we can prepare for the autonomous component of competitions.

Design

We use OnShape as our CAD (Computer Aided Design) software. Using OnShape, we design various parts and components for our robot before manufacturing creates it.
